We have a Pastoral Care Network at The Bridge.

 

At the centre is the 'hub' that includes the clergy and the Pastoral Care Co-ordinator. They are responsible for training, supervison and  Home Communion & Care Home Services and church groups as well as the care provided by individual members of the care team.

 

Each member of the pastoral carers team has a number of church members. Their first priority is to pray for the people to whom they are assigned and to be a link care in the event of serious illness, hospitalisation or other crisis.

 

The Pastoral Care Network does not operate a 'Visiting Team'. However, special attention will be given to those who live alone, have no immediate family living close by nor receive support through housing managers, neighbours or friends.
